Who we are
Pathfinder AI (pathfinderai.uk) is a self-serve, AI-powered strategic decision tool. For any privacy question, email hello@pathfinderai.uk.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and password (stored securely, never visible to us).
- What you enter: assessment answers, goals, situation details, plans, check-ins and ticked actions.
- Subscription details: status and billing dates. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send through our contact form or by email.
- Basic usage data, such as pages visited, to keep the service working and improve it.
How we use it
- To create your plans, daily actions, check-ins and Pathfinder score.
- To run your account and Pro subscription, and to send essential account emails such as confirmation and password reset.
- To reply when you contact us.
Your goals and answers are sent to our AI provider only to generate your plans and guidance. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your answers while you use the site. These are required for the service to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics or third-party tracking scripts load on this site. If we ever add optional cookies, they will only load after you press Accept on the cookie banner — you can reject them and keep using Pathfinder.
Legal basis
We process your data to provide the service you signed up for (contract), to meet legal obligations such as tax records, and for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and improving it.
Who we share it with
Only trusted providers who help us run the service: hosting and database, AI processing, Stripe for payments and our email provider. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records).
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@pathfinderai.uk and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and tell you about significant changes.
