Subscription terms

The service

Pathfinder AI is a fully self-serve, AI-run tool for strategic decisions and planning. It does not provide human coaching, financial, legal or professional advice, and results depend on your own actions. The free tier includes the assessment and one plan. Pathfinder Pro includes unlimited plans, AI decision support, weekly check-ins and access to the community board.

Pathfinder Pro billing

• Pathfinder Pro costs £29 per month, including any applicable VAT.
• You're charged when you subscribe, then automatically every month on the same date until you cancel.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If a payment fails, Pro features may pause until it succeeds.
• If we ever change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account page via "Manage subscription". There is no minimum term or cancellation fee. After cancelling, you keep Pro access until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Your account and free-tier features remain available.

Refunds and your cooling-off right

Under UK consumer law you may cancel within 14 days of first subscribing. Because Pro starts immediately, by subscribing you ask for access to begin straight away; if you cancel within 14 days we may deduct an amount for the access you've used. To request a refund, email us. Otherwise, payments for months already started are not refunded.

Your account

Keep your login details secure and use the service lawfully. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.
